On contacting customer service

Have you ever wanted to contact customer service using a form on a website?  When you pressed the button to submit the form, what happened?  Were you left wondering if anyone received the message you were hoping to send?  Did you receive a copy of the email that went to the company?

If I don’t get a copy of the message I was trying to send or an automatically generated email that says something like, “You’ll hear from us within 24 hours,” I assume the email simply went into someone’s spam folder, never to be retrieved or read.

It seems that’s the way IT is.

Introducing Wizard Associates’ blog

Welcome to Wizard Associates’ blog.

The blog is where I’ll write occasional notes on frustrating web experiences.  I can’t say they don’t or won’t occur on the websites I create.  I can only hope to learn and improve based on my own experience.
