Have you ever wanted to contact customer service using a form on a website? When you pressed the button to submit the form, what happened? Were you left wondering if anyone received the message you were hoping to send? Did you receive a copy of the email that went to the company?

If I don’t get a copy of the message I was trying to send or an automatically generated email that says something like, “You’ll hear from us within 24 hours,” I assume the email simply went into someone’s spam folder, never to be retrieved or read.

It seems that’s the way IT is.
